PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Due: Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late Fees: A 2% monthly fee may be applied to overdue balances.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) is required to begin work.
Revisions: Includes agreed-upon revisions only; additional revisions are billed at standard rates.
Scope Changes: Any work outside the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.
Usage Rights: Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
Cancellation: Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to cancellation date.
Expenses: Pre-approved expenses (travel, rentals, etc.) will be billed to the client.
Ownership: DoP retains rights to unused concepts and materials.
Liability: DoP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
